Shipping Policy:
Most orders are shipped within a few days; but in the case of unusual circumstances beyond our control we ask you to please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery (9 for international). You may check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account or you are welcome to email admin@circahq.com for any additional information regarding your order.

Return Policy:
Refunds will be issued in the form and amount of the original tender paid including sales tax when the following conditions have been met.......
1. NO returns or refunds will be accepted for music Cd's (with the exception of defect* in which case a replacement will be sent postage free)
2. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the orders shipping date.
3. Merchandise must be in original condition - unused.
4. Merchandise returned because of defect will be refunded price plus tax plus shipping OR a replacement will be sent postage free.
5: Failure of merchandise due to abuse or if worn out will NOT be refunded.

*Defective merchandise will be refunded only after inspection by DDTD Distributions. Please include written details for the return, as well as the invoice and or packing slip. Enclose it all in your parcel with the item you return. This can then be sent to the address provided. We recommend that you use recorded delivery or get a certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for lost goods.
